when we arrived the Beautiful young black lady Samone greeted us, She was full of spirit and full of smiles. check us in no problem and Quick, sent us on our way, we visited Samone now and then for the 2 days we stayed with her, We loved the kind friendly service she showed us. I think she said she was only here for a short time. let me tell you I would drive to Custer from Sioux Falls every time if I knew Samone would be greeting us.. wow what an asset to this company, and let me tell you we have been here before. Samone needs to be paid more for what you have. do not know what she is paid all I can say ........... professional. Thank you God Bless You Samone..

We have stayed here several times in the past. The hotel is a bit older but well kept and the location is right downtown so its easy to walk to restaurants, shops, etc. The staff is great! We needed to change our departure date and the manager was very professional, courteous, friendly and accommodating. We had made the reservation via Booking and our change needed to be approved by the manager which he took care of immediately.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate my wife who was still healing from a broken leg. When they found out it was her birthday, the word spread and everyone was wishing her a happy birthday. When we returned to the room that evening they had left a lovely note and a cookie to help celebrate. Thank you!

Ron

Location was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. There was a nice park near by that my children enjoyed when they needed to burn off some extra energy. Also close by were the attractions like Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Custer State Park. The room was perfect for what we needed.

Erin

We loved our stay if 5 days. Basic room and breakfast, however walking distance to restaurants and downtown. Driving proximity to all the sights was great. Staff friendly as well. And, there was a washer and dryer onsite, a real plus. Would be a first choice for return visit.
