when we arrived the Beautiful young black lady Samone greeted us, She was full of spirit and full of smiles. check us in no problem and Quick, sent us on our way, we visited Samone now and then for the 2 days we stayed with her, We loved the kind friendly service she showed us. I think she said she was only here for a short time. let me tell you I would drive to Custer from Sioux Falls every time if I knew Samone would be greeting us.. wow what an asset to this company, and let me tell you we have been here before. Samone needs to be paid more for what you have. do not know what she is paid all I can say ........... professional. Thank you God Bless You Samone..

Clock in room did not work. No stop in drain , broken door security lock, bed frame fell apart. We were on two different floors, complained and were moved to main floor with the other part of our immed family. 2 have handicaps walking and their is no elevator to the 2nd floor. Not easy taking luggage up or down. They did sack breakfasts, same thing in the bag 3 days in a row🤪 not happy with that! Parking was not easy, very crowded parking lot. We would not stay there again.

We have stayed here several times in the past. The hotel is a bit older but well kept and the location is right downtown so its easy to walk to restaurants, shops, etc. The staff is great! We needed to change our departure date and the manager was very professional, courteous, friendly and accommodating. We had made the reservation via Booking and our change needed to be approved by the manager which he took care of immediately.

Linda

Main street location - easy access and off street parking - comfortable rooms - grab and go breakfast was OK - very helpful staff - often too many for the workload but they were all young and getting great work experience. Swimming pool was large and enclosed so not much noise from the kids who had a great time.

Alan

The staff went out of their way to accommodate my wife who was still healing from a broken leg. When they found out it was her birthday, the word spread and everyone was wishing her a happy birthday. When we returned to the room that evening they had left a lovely note and a cookie to help celebrate. Thank you!
